I ordered from this company for the first time, sending a cookie and truffle basket to my mother-in-law. The delivery was missing items in comparison to the website description. I questioned what was delivered and got this reply from the company: ""Ok Maybe the we forgot to put a leaf and a blossom . that is possible You mother made it seem like we send some kind of supermarket bag with crap , and that is absolutely not true and do not send out garbage."" A very unprofessional response and I will not order from them again.
