I had three used guns I wanted to sell. I went to three stores and got written statements as to what they would give me for the guns. Fisherman’s gave me the best quote.
When I went back to Fisherman’s to sell them the guns, they would not honor their written quote. I could sell the guns to them, but for much less than they had promised.
I took the same guns to store #2 on my list and they honored the prices they had given me to the penny. I’m glad that they did-I think it should be that way.
Fisherman's would not honor their written commitment, and that was a huge disappointment. I used to be a pretty loyal customer at their store, but now I will take my business elsewhere.
Keeping your promises does matter.
