I did not have time to babysit a vendor and constantly follow up on delivery. Anderson's rep responded to my email quickly, professionally, and with great knowledge on the first call. I set up the order over the phone - quickly - got the quote, and time frame. Their install team called before they came to measure, followed through, left documentation while I was at work, and was prompt and courteous during the actual install. They made the process easy and pain free...I would use them again and refer to friends.
