This is the best mechanic I have EVER found and I have talked with a lot of people in his lobby that agree with me. He is fair, informative and way ahead of other shops. He is so ahead of the game with maintenance for your vehicle that other shops don't even know about the services he offers. That is because they aren't in the business of maintaining your vehicle and preventing major repairs down the road.
He not only gives an understandable explanation when he talks to you about your car, he will put it all in writing and then back it up 100%. How many other shops do you know will do that?
It's true that car's aren't exact science and so sometimes things won't get fixed the first time especially depending on the car and how well it's been maintained or how it was made. But that's the reality of cars and most things in life. And Steve will do everything he can to find and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Very friendly service, I've never been scammed and don't know of anyone who has. Steve always tries to make his customers happy even if they are in the wrong.
