When you sign up to become a Sky member, they bill your credit card each month. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! I was a member for two years but one day while examining my Amex statement, I noticed that Sky had been billing me for extra services (Premium washes, Sky tunnel waxes, etc). I called them on the phone and the arrogant owner told me I had to drive to his facility to challenge the charges. By the time I arrived the owner had left. A sales person told me he would credit my account for the charges but after a month went by, the charges were still there. I finally canceled my membership (which you have to do in writing at their facility) but Sky CONTINUED TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD! These people are unbelievable. Amex disputed the charges, canceled my card and sent me a new one. The whole experience was a total nightmare. There are too many car wash services in Roswell & Alpharetta to risk having your credit compromised. Too bad you have to score at least one star to get your review posted because this company's score should be ZERO stars.
