Scotty's Audio Video was recommended to me and I started using them because of their reputation. I have been using them for over 5 years now and have bought TVs from them and had them set up TVs for me. They also have helped me with service. They come when they say they will and they are patient.
I enjoy working with Bobby, who is excellent at explaining things. All the work they've done for me has been wonderful. I haven't had any problems. They are knowledgeable and reliable and, in today's world, that is a huge plus. They don't get so busy with what they offer that they cannot follow through.
