I've tried it all - from core power yoga to rock n' roll yoga to good ole' plain rec center yoga, but this studio and style takes the cake.
Why so? The atmosphere is inviting, challenging, yet calming. The instructions are helpful, polite, and truly are there to have their classes perform the best poses they can. They also offer a plethora of classes each day and their studios can house a large number.
This is one of the most challenging yoga classes I have ever taken - but every time I walk out, I feel better than I walked in. And surprisingly even though the poses and class are continually challenging, I leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed - perfect.
