I love this studio!!
I started here because it was cold in the winter and it was $29 unlimited classes for the first month. The first class was horrible, I wanted to throw up and I hated it, but I returned a couple days later because they always tell you that the more you come the easier it is. And they were right, every class that I go to becomes easier and easier...but don't get me wrong, it is never easy. If you want to try bikram, try this place because its pretty great and they make sure to watch out for your if its your first class. They really do their best here to make people feel at ease because they know how intimidating it can be.
All the instructors there are fantastic, but my favorites are Erin and Conni. For some reason they make the class go by faster and they always give really good constructive criticism on what you can be improving without pushing your limits too hard.
