DON'T JOIN!!!! If you do be sure to read all the fine print, if try to end your membership be prepared to pay for another 3 months, then you pay an addtional $30.00 a year for ""fees"" on top of the monthy fee and joining fee, it is complete disgrace. Don't try to call the accounting office in BERLIN, they are rude and I was hung up twice, I called back to ask who I spoke to and nobody knew (how convenient) left several messages for the manager, finally a call back and he had the personality of a doorknob and could not help me. REALLY????? how are you the manager????? Just what I expected. You are better off joining a gym that you pay as you go (no contracts), this place robes you blind!!!! I also sent a complaint to the BBB. I learned my lesson, don't make the same mistake and fall for all the glitz, they make you pay for every bit of it, and they are so not worth it
