My boy and I stopped by this Gamestop in the mall to spend some of his Christmas gift card money and he was pretty torn between CoD Black Ops and some Need for Speed game. One of the guys behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable about both games, which was good and he ended up getting the racing game. What I didn't like was all the upselling the guy attempted to do while ringing up the game. He kept asking my son what kinds of games he liked and asked me if I wanted to put any deposits down for upcoming games. I told him no, we just wanted to get the game now and that's it but he continued on with the upselling. It got on my nerves, frankly and I'm not sure I'd want to come back here if I had to deal with that again.
