Although I have had considerable trouble with my Hunter Douglas roller blinds, Carol and Bill were always available to me. Not only did Bill fix the blinds numerous times, but he also had them remade once. When they broke again, Carol and Bill worked with the HD representative and I received all new blinds for my bedroom and installed before Christmas! They are lovely and I couldn't be happier. A big thank you to both Carol and Bill. They really stand behind their customers!
