This place makes good cakes but their customer interaction is the worst I have encountered in a long time.
They are unresponsive and rude on the phone. They are even worse when you go to their store. Quite often no is even at the front counter and if you dare to go looking for them and venture any where near the kitchen look out, you will be harshly reprimanded. I have purchased cakes there for many years but will never again. They are just too difficult to get along with. My advice, go somewhere else since there are several other very good cake makers in the Naperville area. They don't deserve your business.
