OMG!!! This place is WONDERFUL...Service was EXCELLENT!!! We ordered the pernil asado, moros and it also came with maduros. Our server (whose name was Lora) explained that the restaurant dosen't use heat lamps, (you know, when your food comes out cold and the plate burns your fingers because it was sitting soo long??), so because of that our food was steaming when it got to our table. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and hilarious. She kept us laughing and the whole time. We had a BALL!!! The whole time she danced, as a matter of fact, most of the staff dances when the music ""hits the spot!"" We even spotted the owner, Carmen, ""shaking her tail feather!"" What a night!!!!!
