Careful, they'll rush you to sign their agreements, etc. What they don't tell you -- you have to find out for yourself -- is that there is absolutely NO paid holiday or vacation. I learned about this after signing. Later, I received an email from my recruiter stating that he was on vacation for 1 mo. over the holidays. This is very insensitive.
Also, not as important but indicative of these guys, my recruiter said we'd do lunch once a month or so ... many mos. have passed and I'm still waiting.
Be smart, these companies do not have exclusive rights to any hiring requisition. If you find one yourself (or it comes to your attention), take it to a company you know and trust.
