1st the counterperson searched my tool bag like i was a criminal grabbing it, polite is not a word that i could use to describe his actions. then I purchased a used caliper from them at the time of pricing it seemed high. i paid walked out the door call parts store on the spot. when found a new one cost the same went strait back in 1 min. had pass told the counter person who had sold me the part what i just found out. he said prices were corporate level and no cash refunds. I told him politely this would keep me from ever returning. his reply was "" i don't care""
