I went to computer bytes to have a fan replaced and I had a cookie I could not get rid of. The quote was $49 to repair, but wait for $100 they would give me the V I P deal and rush the job and put a spy ware on the computer. Long story short. They lost my computer, then put someone else name on my computer. After getting it back at 5 days in their shop, I took it home to find the fan did not get touched and the spy ware was a free software anyone can get off the web. I took it back to try again, 3 days later they called and it was ready. When I started it up the fan was not making any noise so I thought great. 2 days later my computer burnt up. I found out when I took it somewhere else, they just bent the fan to it caught on the sound card and didn't run any more causing the heat to burn up power control and mother board. They would not refund money or anything. Just looked at me and said sorry. BUYER BEWARE. go somewhere , anywhere, but not there.
