I had my first experience at Curltopia this past Monday and I must say I loved it!! The decor is beautiful and everyone I met in the salon is very nice. I have been searching for a hair salon that would be able to handle my kinky, thick hair without breaking it off in the process. I found this in Jay and Curltopia! I knew I needed to have my ends trimmed, but I was terrified of what the results would be. I never really had a positive experience in the past with stylists 'trimming' my hair. However, I was pleasantly suprised to say the least. Jay did a fantastic job on my cut without taking off too much length!! I can tell the difference in the way my hair looks and feels. She also did a twistout for me and 3 days later my hair is still soft with nice curl definition. I will DEFINITELY be returning to let Jay work her magic with my hair!
