Well i made the appt. but got stuck in traffic, i was running late, the tech Justin called to confirm that i would still need my carpets cleaned, and i told him i was running late, he was very polite and said he would try his best to keep me on his schedule, he was able to work me back in, and wow what a great job, what a nice guy his helper and him were, i will use this company again for sure, thanks
