Our service technician, Rudolfo Vela, was very prompt, arriving a few minutes early and finishing in the estimated time. He was pleasant and professional, cleaning everything up before he left and making sure the house was back to normal. He showed me before and after photos of the ducts and I am pleased at the dramatic difference. I will breathe easier tonight!
