I was very impressed by Bill Gordon who took excellent care of me. They seem honest and helpful. If you are in a hurry, tell them. They do the best to get your car ready quickly while you wait. It has happened to me many times and they did an incredibly fast maintenance service. They have a big and nice lounge with an Enterprise counter at your service if you'd like to rent a car. There is a big waiting area with nice couches and TV. They have a shuttle that runs you to Irvine Spectrum. I go back again and again.
