I live out of state and was in a panic to find a place to make and deliver a birthday cake on Christmas Day to my Aunt in Springfield. Hot Bakes & Cakes delivered!!! They not only made the extra effort to deliver on Christmas Day..they made an extraordinary Chocolate Truffle Cake and sent it with a rose! I am told the cake was beyond delicious! How refreshing to find a business that goes out of its way to ensure customer satisfaction..and does so in such a kind and courteous fashion! Only wish I had a place like this near me! 5 Stars!.........
