I am finishing up a year of boot camp with AABC. The first few months of camp I gained and lost the same 10 lbs over and over. It was frustrating, but I felt like I was at least improving my fitness level. Then, I had a revelation...what if I attended boot camp AND changed my eating habits??!!! DUH! I signed up for the summer slim down challenge and lost 20 lbs in TWO camp sessions!! I actually began to listen to the coaches' nutrition tips and followed the eating plan they provided. I finally took advantage of everything they had to offer and what a difference that made! It felt like working out with a personal trainer, just in a group! The coaches' were all 100% dedicated to helping me reach my goals. I decreased my mile time by 2+ minutes! This camp gave me all the tools I needed to lose the weight and actually change my lifestyle.
