it's ironic this business touts that they're all about customer service on their site because in the 14+ years i have worked with printers, this has to be the WORST customer service i have ever had. a customer service rep who never responds to you when you've emailed several times. (not even to say ""hi, looking forward to working with you...""). plus i never got the estimate/quote that i requested. will never consider contacting them again. it's too bad citysearch requires you to give at least one star because i seriously would give them 0.
