I was in need of desperate help. I lost the key to my apartment garage (we purchase our own lock, so the lock doesn't belong to the apartments), and we are moving out in one week, and if we left our things in the garage we would be charged for our last rent. So we called J&J and they got our garage lock open. Thank you so much !
