I have never been treated more rudely and had my nails look so bad in the entire 12 years of getting my nails done. I went in for a fill and the lady that was doing my nails was so into her TV soap opera that she cut my cuticle too low and while polishing my nails completely kept missing the hole at the top of the nail polish bottle. I guess I should be sorry for coming in and interrupting your show...then after my last coat was set to dry she shut off her light and left, no thanks for coming in...nothing. My mother who was waiting for me even noticed how icy her demeanor was. Worst experience ever.
