My MacBook crashed and I had tons of family pictures on it with a lot of sentimental value. They were my son's first steps and my engagement and wedding pictures. I was extremely nervous handing off my macBook to them but I did it anyways because I was desparate. They called back 3 hours later to inform me that they recovered all my pictures. I was soooo happy to hear the good news. I got my macbook back the next day with a brand new hard drive and all the pictures were copied to it. Amazing service! I am very greatful for all the help they gave me.
