So I have warranty for my TV through SquareTrade (they are awesome) and the assigned my repair to Bailey TV. I never got a call from them, and every time I called them was because I hadn't heard from them in a few days, every time there was a lame excuse and after 2 weeks the parts for my TV still hadn't been ordered. After calling SquareTrade they canceled the repair to be done and sent me the money for a new TV!
