Gaylord was prompt and able to do the initial work in a timely manner; they were even able to take over the existing system in the house and make it work on their ADT system. The first technician that came out to do the install left a little to be desired in customer relations and personality, and he did not follow up on some questions I had, details I wanted, and some additional modules I wanted. When I contacted customer service on the phone they were great, Mike was able to resolve outstanding account issues, and provided same day service. He also got a different technician to come out to the house and finish the job that the first guy didn't. The followup customer service was great and I would recommend Gaylord as an authorized ADT dealer.
