I have a safe I couldn't open so I called the manufacturer tech but that didn't help either. That's when I called and talked to them and he walked me thru it & suggested several things the tech never mentioned. It worked!! Didn't make a dime off me but you can bet I'll refer them and use their service if the need arises. Thanks !!
