My friend and I were very disappointed with the service we received at this salon, when we asked to speak to the manager who I found out was the owner it was even more shocking. The owner Michael didn't want to hear anything about my complaint about my hair style, He just said ""your hair will grow back in a month or so"" Wow, very rude, I left with tears in my eyes. Avoid this salon & owner. He is old and grumpy!
My friend also had a miserable experience at the laser spa, she received burns in her bikini area and now is starting a lawsuit against the company. They don't know what they are doing. Stay away! Go to a doctors office for laser services.
