For years we've shared our family Christmas dinner together at Andrea's. Over the years, there have been a few shortfalls, but generally an enjoyable meal UNTIL CHRISTMAS 2010! We couldn't get drinks refilled for hours, food was brought out to some, while other guests were left with nothing for 10+ minutes. Then, prime rib turned out to be ribeye steaks; and, the list of problems just goes on. The service was more than bad, the food was not good, and our tradition is in question!
