Our son has always had an affinity for music but lost interest in classical piano due to the tedious nature of the lessons and boredom of daily practice. Two and a half years ago we discovered the School of Rock. We are thrilled...and so is our son! It is a safe, supportive environment that promotes learning, commitment, responsibility, teamwork, excellence and FUN. With a private lesson and 3-hour rehearsal each week our son?s musical confidence and skills have soared. We don't have to ask him to practice; he can't wait to pick up his guitar and see what he can accomplish. The experience of performing at rock venues throughout Denver and the Front Range with his SoR friends is ""priceless."" The teachers are dedicated professional musicians with ties to other professionals in the industry on a national level and SoR students have had the opportunity to meet and even jam with some of them.
