My headlamp went out and my son and I stopped in to get a quick fix--it was dark and freezing cold--I walked in an purchased the bulb-I then asked Tony H at the register if I could ask one of the gentleman to help me put the new lamp in--he said ""we are not really supposed to do that"" so---35 minutes later, I am still out in the front of the lot trying to get the old bulb out with small son inside--finally--a customer comes out of the store and asks if I need help--he was very gracious and helped me readily. This is my last purchase from Advance. I will be going to Auto Zone across the street. more
