I brought my Acura in for a noisy steering issue that was only happening when the vehicle was on a cold start. They let me drop it off overnight, so it would be cold for them. They confirmed the noise and did some research. Apparently, Honda has a TSB on this issue. They replaced an o-ring on the power steering pump and flushed the power steering fluid for me for about $95. The noise has gone away and I am very happy.
