If I could give zero stars I would. Please to not be fooled by the modern looks of this upscale office. Menifee Smiles is terrible. We have really good insurance (pays 100% for almost everything) but some how I ended up with a bill for hundreds of dollars for a bunch of extras three times!!! It feels like a used car dealership...the have someone who comes in to put the pressure on and seal the deal. The recepionists hate working there...everytime I went in they were talking crap about the Dentists and the owner. It was really unproffessional and unwelcoming. I have switched Dentists and will never go back to Menifee Smiles. My new office was shocked to see all the stuff they charged my insurance for and were even more shocked to find out they sold me other stuff. They charge three times more for a tooth brush head...unbelievable. They are a rip and unfriendly at that!
