At my place of business one of my overhead flourescent lights went out. It appeared to be the ballast because all 3 lights went out at once. I needed a repair. I went searching for an electrician in my area. I found Mr. Electric in the yellow pages and called to schedule an appointment. I was greeted on the phone by Joy who was a pleasure to speak with. She was friendly and helpful. They didn't have an immediate appointment available for my location, but I decided the wait would be worth it because I found her so enjoyable. On my appointment date J.C. Pineda arrived promptly, introducing himself immediately. He was friendly and professional. He determined the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time.
