I'm a customer at the Jefferson Hwy Location. I love them over there. However I was in the area and went to the Perkins Rowe location. I had a Facial and wax. The lady was nice, however she had some hygiene issues that needed to be addressed. I wanted to say something but didn't want to offend anyone. So Perkins Rowe Staff...Raise your hand if you're SURE! I would come again, we great hopes this does not happen again.
