Wrecked my car in 03, they did the repairs. They mounted my hood crooked, and the windsheild sprayer sprays off to the side. After significant complaining and another day to fix it, they finally did straighten the hood, but denied that the sprayer was misdirected at all. 5 years later the paint on the hood started to peel, now it looks horrible 2-3 large areas about 2 inches by 8 inches on the largest area. I contacted them about the "lifetime warranty" they assured me would cover it forever. They denied that they gave lifetime warranties in 03. I guess I should have gotten that warranty in writing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I suggest ABRA body shop in Cordova, they did a rear end on the same vehicle a year later and it looks great still, never had a problem.
