This place is a joke. I called to place a service call for my office on Tuesday, and they said a tech would be there between 12-4. At 3:30 no one was there so I called to confirm tech was still coming. The dispatcher told me the tech had been here, but couldn't find parking, so left for another job. Nobody bothered to call me. This is with 30 people waiting for the fridge to get fixed. He tells me the tech will be back around 4:30. The tech calls me from downstairs and asks if -- get ready -- someone can GO DOWN AND DRIVE THE VAN AROUND THE BLOCK while he fixes our refridgerator. I said that was impossible, and told him to just park his car in a garage and they could add the charge to our bill. (I had suggested to the dispatcher, Ohad, earlier that the tech just park in a garage, and they said "no, we need to make a profit." !!?!?) The tech says he'll call the office and they will call me back. I wait for an HOUR. Nothing.
Then I called All Boro Refrigeration and they showed up the next day and fixed my problem in 15 minutes.
All City Appliance sucks. AVOID!!!!
