This was my first purchase at Crevier BMW. After a few minutes browsing cars in the lot, Joe came out and introduced himself. He was very down to earth and very pleasant. Very knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever. Showed us every option in the lot. Did not try to point us to a higher priced model. Actually suggested the lower priced model (less powerful engine) as being the best bet for us. Tried to ascertain our needs and point us in the right direction. Picked out a beautiful red 128i which drove like a dream. Finishing the deal was again easy and without pressure. I got a fair price for the trade in and the car. Financing was also very pleasant. Would definitely use Crevier BMW and Joe the next time I need a car. On the other hand, I expect to be driving this beauty for a long long time.
