I took my dog to Hill Country Pet Ranch to be trained, the staff was very nice. The first week our dog was there we had a hardtime getting a hold of anyone just to see how our dog was doing, then two weeks later when we went to pick him up the trainer just handed up clickers and never told us what she taught him and never showed us what he knew. She told us to call back in a week and we could have a training session, we could not get back in contact with the trainer for the training session. During that week we realized that our dog knew nothing, he would not even sit. We were very dissapointed in the training services, but the staff is nice.
