I was quoted a price for 4 tires and made an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, they said those tires had been out of stock for weeks and then tried to sell me more expensive tires. I had made the appointment just 3 days earlier, and no mention was made then of the tires being out of stock. It's called bait and switch, and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
