My family and I love this clinic! Dr. West is our favorite, but all of the vets at this clinic are nice to us and our pets. They take very good care of our pets when they have problems and referred them to LSU when necessary. (We haven't had to use the new ER yet and hope it stays that way, but we would not hesitate...) The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors keep up with the latest in vet care, and inform you of new breakthroughs in vet med to help your pets. We have also used the boarding facilities and were very satisfied. I drive from out of town to come to this clinic because I feel it is worth it. I had left a vet that I had used for at least 10 years because of several different issues, then tried another one for a couple of years and was not happy with him either. He was cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for. Then my daughter started using Sherwood South and liked them, so I switched. I’m not sure how their prices compare to other vets in the area, but I feel they are reasonable. The quality care in a high quality facility is worth the price and the drive! We want the best for our babies!
