Being a member of a 5 car family means ? car problems do come up. This usually means a huge stress out ? going from shop to shop trying to get a straight answer about what is really wrong with the car. This all came to an end when we started using Preferred Automotive. This shop was recommended to me by someone at my church and believe me it has been a god send! They are always fair, straight forward, and patient. No question is left unanswered. Example ? brought my daughters car to the dealership ? they quoted me $3,000 new transmission. Took the car into Preferred Automotive and they tighten up a few things, replaced a part - $300 ? no lie! They are the real deal.
