I was so relieved when I found Preferred Automotive. Finally a place I can take my car and my kids cars to that I can trust. They always tell me what needs to be done but also what is needed immediately and what can wait. They have helped my family several times with pick ups from work, rentals, and recognizing a real emergency and just being available.
