Preferred Automotive has handled all of my car maintenance and repair for 20 years. A coworker originally referred me to them, and I am truly grateful to her for that. As a single woman who is not knowledgeable about the technical aspects of cars, I do not have to worry because I know that Gary and Mike, and now also Sean, will always treat me with honesty and respect. With previous auto shops I had used, I could never be sure that they were not using my lack of technical knowledge to perform unnecessary repairs or to overcharge me. Gary and Mike run a family business and have always explained any work which needed to be done in detail in advance and given me all the possible options for maintenance or repair.
