JOB FROM HELL IT IS!!!! Manager Graciela Garza rude disrespectful, unprofessional, unhuman, and to top it off a 42 YR OLD SEXUAL DEVIANT!!!! Mr. LARRY YOUNG unprofessional,uncourteous and a potty mouth. After I left the company due to constant pain n anguish, a manager was hired for 1st Capital finance. she was a manager for 2 days! Mr. Young cussed belittled and disrespected new employee! Good thing she did not think twice of staying.He did this in front of the staff.I filed a grievance TWICE against the manager n instead of her getting disciplined as the dog she is we were told to sit down n work out our problems together.I was constantly harassed by the manager. Jose Olivares did nothing to help.second grievance he told me he did not remember me calling him to complain.LAWSUIT ALL OVER THIS COMPANY. They do not follow the labor laws. Investigation should be done ASAP.
