Highly Recommend. Mr. Gordon and his assistant Kristi were thorough and careful yet moved very efficiently and had me in-and-out in under an hour. They were right on with nearly every aspect of the diamond before seeing the official GIA report. Diamond never leaves your sight. They clean the diamond before and after, and even give you a cleaning gift at the end.
