Hickson's staff lost the original credit cert that I emailed to her office. I had my copy somewhere but had moved and did not have time to look for it so insisted they find the original.I ended up with my chapter 7 closed over the missing doc .Hickson demanded another $500.00 to reopen it. I refused and told them to" fix the issue or else." They eventually found what they needed and reopened the case with no further action from me. My advice, read everything the court sends you. Don't depend on any attorney to watch your case.
