I was shocked to read some of the posted reviews! I have used the services at BCVH for several years and have always been very happy with the results. They are caring folks, real animal lovers who are willing to listen to me and also explain possible diagnoses, treatments, procedures etc. Animal medicine is a difficult field because the patient can't tell you how they feel! If you have a problem go to the management and see if it can be resolved rather than just complaining to others about it! As for cost, I have found it to be comparable to other areas. You can't expect state of the art care to be cheap, even though we might wish it to be so.\r
